Defining Content Strategy and UX Writing is difficult and certainly not a matter of total agreement among all parties in content design, development and implementation. But there are specific skillsets of each of those charged with both strategy and UX writing, and they are very different. This article will summarize the differentiation between these two content functions, their interdependence, and the necessary collaboration between the two functions to provide amazing user experiences.
