These are contests and giveaways to essentially help boost sales for the company. This could be a recurring thing if the company wishes. So for example “August Giveaway,” “September Giveaway” and each month have a campaign. There are a bunch of different ways to go about doing this. For the Giveaway, we like using Rafflecopter. You basically create tasks for the participants and their name will be stored in the database, then at the end of the giveaway, a name is randomly selected as the winner. Giveaway prizes can be a gift certificate to that specific business (let’s say it’s a hotel, they can enter the raffle to win a one night stay…), or maybe a product or VISA gift card type of thing. Doing a contest can include a photo contest, (post a picture of your favorite outdoor located in your city, or something related to that specific company), and we select the winner for a prize as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
No contracts. You are in full control of your subscription, and you can cancel at any time.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be made using any major debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments will be automatically deducted on the first of the month. PayPal is currently not accepted on our platform for subscription based services.
What if I have multiple websites?
The fees mentioned above are per site. At this time we do not offer discounts on multiple websites.
Is the cost of Facebook Ads included?
Up to $50/month is included package price. If you would like to spend more than that on your monthly ad’s, then you would cover the extra cost.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No we do not. Our support hours are 9AM – 5PM PDT, Monday through Friday. We hope to extend those hours in the future.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If at any time you feel like you haven’t received the service you signed up for, you will get your money back. This only goes back 30 days. We do not offer refunds for prior month’s services.
